Aquastamina is a product designed to support physical performance. Magnesium is involved in the maintenance of electrolyte balance, energy metabolism, normal bone and teeth health and protein synthesis.  It contributes to the reduction of fatigue and exhaustion and, together with potassium, helps to maintain the normal functioning of the nervous system and muscles.  Potassium contributes to the maintenance of normal blood pressure. (magnesium 20 mg, i.e. 5,33 % DDD), potassium citrate 78,3 mg (potassium 30 mg, i.e. 1,5 % DDD),
