Fina Fisken is made from fish and provides a balanced amount of essential EPA and DHA, but these chewy candies don't taste like fish at all and have a delicious tutti-frutti flavor, which children especially appreciate, but adults can eat them too.
Omega-3s belong to the group of essential fatty acids. Of particular interest are EPA and DHA, because the body cannot produce them on its own and must supply them through the diet. In the body, these fatty acids are used in several functions.
Fina Fisken is also enriched with vitamin E, which helps protect cells from oxidative stress. Fina Fisken is also completely free of added sugar.

Dosage
Recommended daily dose: children aged 3 to 11 years take one fish per day. Children aged 12 years and over take two fish per day. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
