Melatonin helps to reduce the time it takes to fall asleep. The beneficial effect is achieved by consuming 1mg of melatonin before bedtime. The amount of the daily dose is enough to achieve a beneficial effect.
Dosage: 1/4 tablet once a day, at night before bedtime, with sufficient liquid. Do not exceed the daily dosage.
Warning: not for use by pregnant or breastfeeding women or children under 18 years of age. Keep out of reach of young children. Not intended to replace a varied diet. Follow recommended dosage. Manufacturer is not liable for damage caused by improper use or storage. Use should be consulted with a physician and should only be taken before the expected bedtime, it may cause drowsiness. Store Melatonin at room temperature up to 25 degrees. Protect from frost and sunlight. Keep in a dry and dark place.
