Perga bee pollen is the highest quality and most effective flower pollen, which is processed by bees directly in the hive. Here, after mixing with honey, it is subjected to a natural fermentation process without access to air, during which very important substances are formed without external intervention.

Perga pollen is called honeycomb pollen because it is produced from flower pollen, which the bees transform with the help of enzymes. This is a relatively complex fermentation process, which means it is more bioavailable to humans than conventional pollen. Interestingly, it is one of the few natural ingredients that contains vitamin B12 (cyanocobalamin). This makes bee pollen the perfect food for vegetarians.

Perga is more than 50% more effective than rousted flower pollen and in most cases does not cause allergic reactions.

Cautions:

Compared to allergies to pollen flying in the air, allergies to bee bread are very rare. Allergy sufferers are still advised to start with caution (try 1/4 of the dose the first time).
