Silica Complete is designed to replenish silicon and other nutrients in the body. MSM is a natural component of connective tissues - skin, cartilage, tendons and ligaments. Vitamin C contributes to the normal production of collagen for the function of blood vessels, bones, teeth, cartilage, skin and gums. Zinc helps maintain normal bones, hair, nails and skin. Biotin supports the maintenance of normal skin, mucous membranes and hair.
Ingredients:
1 tablet contains MSM (methylsulfonylmethane) 300 mg; bamboo shoot extract 266 mg containing 200 mg silicon; fillers: cellulose, calcium phosphate; vitamin C (L-ascorbic acid) 40 mg (i.e. 50 % RH*, zinc (zinc citrate) 5 mg (50 % RH), anti-caking agents: silicon dioxide, stearic acid, magnesium stearate; D-biotin 50 µg (100 % RH).
Coating compound: hydroxypropylmethylcellulose, glycerine.

Recommended dosage:
1 tablet per day, preferably with meals.
